About us
Helping TNPSC aspirants get their photo and signature right the first time.
Why we built this
Preparing for a TNPSC exam is hard enough. Many candidates lose time at the last step because the portal rejects a photo that is a few KB too big, or a signature that is too small. tnpscphotocompressortool.com fixes that with two simple tools that follow the TNPSC One Time Registration (OTR) rules.
What the tools do
- Photo: crops your photo to the 3.5 × 4.5 cm shape, prints your name and photo date below it, and saves a 413 × 531 px JPG between 20 KB and 50 KB.
- Signature: crops your signature to the 6.0 × 2.0 cm box and saves a 230 × 75 px JPG at 200 DPI between 10 KB and 20 KB.
- Mobile first: everything works on an ordinary Android phone or iPhone, so you do not need a browsing centre.
- Tamil and English: instructions are given in both languages.
How your images are handled
Your image is sent over HTTPS to our server only to create the file. The upload is deleted as soon as processing ends, and the finished JPG is deleted automatically within 2 hours. Download links are signed and stop working after 2 hours. Read the privacy policy for details.
Not an official website
This is an independent free tool. It is not connected with the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission or the Government of Tamil Nadu. Always check the notification for the exam you apply for. See our disclaimer.
