TNPSC Photo CompressorPhoto & Signature Resizer

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

At tnpscphotocompressortool.com we take the privacy of your photo and signature seriously. This page explains exactly what happens to your data.

1. Your photo and signature

  • When you press Create photo or Create signature, the cropped image is sent to our server over an encrypted HTTPS connection, only to create the JPG file.
  • Before upload, your browser removes hidden photo information such as GPS location (EXIF data).
  • The uploaded image is deleted from the server immediately after processing.
  • The finished JPG is stored in a private folder that cannot be browsed, and is deleted automatically within 2 hours.
  • Each download link is signed and stops working after 2 hours.
  • We only count anonymous totals, such as how many photos were created or failed each day. These counts contain no image, name, date or IP address.
  • No person looks at your photos. We do not keep backups, sell, share or reuse your images.

2. Name and date

The name and photo date you type are used only to print them on your photo. They are not saved in any database.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit, pages visited) for security, to stop misuse and to fix errors. To prevent abuse of the tool, the number of requests from an IP address is counted for a few minutes and then discarded.

4. Settings saved on your device

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser (local storage). If you install the site as an app, some pages are stored on your device so they open faster.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

6. Third-party websites

Links to other websites are provided for your convenience. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

7. Children

This website is meant for exam applicants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
